Processing Time

All orders are processed upon receipt. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your order, excluding shipping time.


Shipping periods given are from dispatch and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you with tracking information. 

Please note delivery delays are currently being experienced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Australian Orders

We offer free shipping for all Australian orders over $100. This will automatically be applied during checkout.

All orders sent with AusPost can be tracked here with the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.

International Orders

Please note that international deliveries are experiencing delays as a result of flight cancellations, and/or border closures. We kindly ask our international customers to allow for extra delivery time throughout this period.

Toro & Lulu is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales. If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, we reserve the right to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel each way when we complete your refund.
